They create such an important heirloom for your whole family. I know they are hard to organize, but they are worth it. Take a look at this beautiful three generation family session I was able to do in Clayton NY. The three sisters get together with their parents each year in the 1000 Islands. They came as far away as Texas and Ohio! And they did a fantastic job coordinating clothing! I always recommend choosing a limited color pallet for heirloom photos like these. It helps the large group stay cohesive without looking too “matchy”. I love how the little girls had flower printed dress in the same colors as the moms.
