I think they are timeless. And they look great in both color and black and white. Sometimes I can never decide which I like better. So… I have a fun story with this one. This wonderful family has been a client of mine for years now. They first came into the studio to have me photography their newborn Ryder back in 2013. While feeding Ryder I got to hang out with older brother Robbie. We were having so much fun. I just kept asking him “Show me happy” “Sad”, “In Love”… and tons of different emotions. We laughed and I got an amazing array of facial expressions from him. After ward I created an “Expressions Collage” for them. And I have been making them ever since. (Thanks, Robbie, for starting it!) Now, 8 years later we made an updated “Expressions Collage” for Robbie and his brothers Ryder and Kullen. I just love these. As parents we see so much of our kids. They aren’t always smiling (haha…isn’t that the truth.) And it is fun to capture all of those different looks and see how the change and stay the same.
