What a beautiful wedding day for Cindy and Morgan at the Thousand Islands Winery in Alexandria Bay NY. Cindy and Morgan chose the winery because they both love wine, Morgan even proposed after they did their own 1000 Islands wine tour. One of my favorite things about Cindy and Morgan is how you can tell they are each other’s safe space. When Cindy and Morgan told me about how they first met and how they felt at that moment you can tell that this love was meant to be. Cindy was actually interviewing Morgan for a job and she recalls, “The moment he walked into my office for the interview I felt a strange "air" around us. Just a different feeling. Every time we were near each other I stumbled over my words, stuttering. When he first held my hand I felt numb, tingly, and excited. It was like nothing I had ever experienced.” And Morgan said, “After the interview I immediately decided to leave my other, better paying job, to come work with her.” They just knew they needed to be together. And on their first date Cindy said she was so nervous she didn’t even want to go inside the restaurant, so instead they sat in the car and talked, holding hands. The safety and security they provide each other is apparent and so beautiful. Morgan knew at that first date that she was the one he wanted to spend all of his time with. I couldn’t be happier to have had the chance to get to know Cindy and Morgan and be part of the beginning of another chapter in their love story. Cindy LOVES photography and we were able to capture so many beautiful moments and portraits from there special day. I truly hope all of these images remind them of all the love and partnership they share. Thank you two for making me part of your day. Cindy chose a stunning look with teal dresses and deep red roses! I just love the vibrancy and contrast especially with Cindy’s stunning blue eyes. They decorated with a rustic flare including burlap and lace along with the beautiful teal. And there was even some glitter…my favorite! Cindy and Morgan surrounded themselves with a wonderful bridal party full of family and friends. You could tell how happy everyone was to be there supporting them on their special day. Their ceremony was filled with meaningful moments including a solo by Cindy of “Mary Me” for Morgan. It was beautiful. And even though we had a little rain before, it cleared up so they could have a gorgeous outdoor ceremony on the grounds of the TI Winery.
