Ballet Dancer, Soccer Player and River Girl Senior PhotosBallet Dancer, Soccer Player and River Girl Senior Photos Potsdam Based Photographer Natalie's Studio | Noelle Howard's Outdoor Senior Photo Shoot What an AWESOME photo shoot. I was so excited when Noelle told me she was a ballet dancer and wanted her senior photos in Clayton. My fist thought... lets go to the Opera house. Noellle did a great job organizing the shoot and called a friend who knew how to do stage lighting at the Opera House. I just love the ballet photos. Because her favorite color is blue we used the blue lights and I just love the dramatic look to the images! I love how different they are compared to many of the other things I have done.
Next up, the river! We planned the photos shoot so that we would be at the river at sunset. Noelle's light blue dress really "pops" against the pink and orange sky at the docks at the Thousand Island Yatch Club. Such bright and pretty river photos!
Noelle's family also enjoys a lot of time on the river on their house boat appropriately named "River House". So we were sure to include a set of photos showing that off also.
We finished off the photo shoot on the soccer field with a new idea I have been dying to do! Night, colored light, sports photos. This is a twist on your traditional sports photos where you take them at night to give them a unique and dynamic look. Plus because of the use of flashes to light the soccer player you can get creative and use colored lights to add cool effect. Take a look and let me know what you think.
