Vintage Artistic Portraits at Watertown Library with Young WomenVintage Artistic Portraits at Watertown LibraryWhat a great shoot. I wanted to test out my new creative lens. It's a Lenbaby composer. LensBabies are are selective focus SLR lenses that you give you a really unique creative look to the image. None of these have been edited (besides slight color and contrast)! Fiona and Cedar met me at the library so we could test it out. Most are taken with just the Lensbaby composer and double glass optic. A few have the wide angle lens on it. My advice is to use a tripod! Get the image composed and as focused as possible through the lens, then use live view, zoom in and find tune the focus. I am not going to lie, it is pretty hard to get it as perfect as you want. Especially with a moving object. My settings had pretty high ISO because of the light in the room and anywhere between 1/60 and 1/200 for shutter. I didn't use any aperture rings in the optic. Let me know if this helps you out, I would love to hear from you. Check out more lens baby stuff at http://lensbaby.com/
